My Story

For over two decades, I’ve followed one deep and steady call:

to create a world real enough for people to enter.

I began as a pastor, guiding people through seasons of faith, grief, change, and wonder. My sermons were less about “rightness” and more about invitation. I cared deeply, not just for souls, but for the experiences those souls were being shaped by - for the hidden, tangled, beautiful mess of real human life.

That same calling now flows through new expressions:

As a filmmaker telling honest, haunting stories that lift up marginalized narratives. As a speaker who brings empathy and emotional depth to conversations about culture, identity, and parenting. As a teacher who helps people reimagine their faith with both courage and compassion.

The stage may change, but the work remains the same:

to speak in a way that allows people to feel heard.

To offer language for the unsaid. To open up space — emotionally, spiritually, socially — where truth can land gently and healing can begin.

Whether you meet me through a film, a sermon, or a book, my hope is the same:

That something in you feels named, known, and invited home.
